“The hotel strikes me as a mixed bag; while aiming for high-end with extensive meeting spaces and recreational facilities, reports of cleanliness issues give pause. I see the potential for memorable stays, especially with live music and diverse dining, but the service standards need elevating. The location is convenient to landmarks, but it's the rooftop lounge with panoramic views that truly stands out.”

The hotel location had convenient access to local transportation. The rooms were clean and well kept. The room service was prompt. I particularly enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet. It had many options.

The gym ventilation was poor. It made workouts uncomfortable. The elevator wait times were long at peak hours. ONLY three elevators were operational. The outdoor pool had limited hours. This restricted swimming times.

Acceptable Stay but Some Issues

old system carpet stains

The breakfast had freshly made eggs, prepared according to my order.

I faced an issue with the air conditioning, it did not work well and the room became very hot. Hotel staff couldn't resolve this problem. The system seemed old! This can be a major concern, especially during the summer season. I noticed stains on the carpet. The room started showing its age.
