I especially appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. They made sure all my needs were met quickly. I also found the breakfast to be fresh and diverse with many choices.

The hotel location had convenient access to local transportation. The rooms were clean and well kept. The room service was prompt. I particularly enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet. It had many options.
The gym ventilation was poor. It made workouts uncomfortable. The elevator wait times were long at peak hours. ONLY three elevators were operational. The outdoor pool had limited hours. This restricted swimming times.

The room offered nice sea views. I found the food selection in the restaurant quite diverse. The hotel is close to public transport. It made moving around convenient.
The gym ventilation was poor, and the air felt stale. I had to keep the door open to get some fresh air.

amazing job great help spacious room old hotel light issue
Ela and Melih did a amazing job. they helped with everything I needed. The hotel is spacious and comfortable. Rooms are perfect and beds are super comfy.
I did change my room on the first day because of a light that does not work. The new room had issues too.

Acceptable Stay but Some Issues
old system carpet stains
The breakfast had freshly made eggs, prepared according to my order.
I faced an issue with the air conditioning, it did not work well and the room became very hot. Hotel staff couldn't resolve this problem. The system seemed old! This can be a major concern, especially during the summer season. I noticed stains on the carpet. The room started showing its age.
